These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of NexaGlobal Destinations ("we", "our", "us"). By making an enquiry, booking or payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We act as a travel agent and tour operator, arranging flights, hotels, visas, packages, transport and related travel services on behalf of our customers. We are not the direct provider of flights, accommodation or transport — those are provided by third-party suppliers.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable deposit or full payment.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI and approved payment gateways.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details; errors may result in additional costs.

3. Visa Services

• Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We provide assistance but cannot guarantee approval.
• Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted.
• Processing times quoted are indicative and may vary.
• It is the traveller's responsibility to meet all entry requirements, including valid passport, vaccinations and insurance.

5. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), valid visa, and any required health or vaccination certificates. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. We are not liable for losses arising from events covered by insurance (medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, etc.).

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly provide. We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations or schedule changes by airlines or other suppliers
• Loss, injury or damage arising from third-party services
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions or war
• Personal injury, illness or loss of personal belongings during travel

8. Traveler Conduct

You agree to comply with the laws and customs of the destinations you visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is unlawful, abusive or disruptive.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is owned by or licensed to NexaGlobal Destinations and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
